Dear God, thank you for all of the blessings you have bestowed upon me all of my life. I come to you today and humbly ask that you give my sister the strength to overcome the cancer that has invaded her body. Please guide the surgeons whose skilled hands will be removing it from her. Comfort her as she endures the chemo that will kill any cancer cells that remain. Allow her to feel the warmth of all the love and light that surrounds her. Let her always remember, with you by her side, along with friends and family who will be raising her up in prayer, that she will never be alone. I pray this in the name of our lord, Jesus Christ.
