Needing prayers for my finances and my health as well as my son whom has a drug addiction

Prayer for my son who in incarcerated I am raising his son and at times it gets hard for me my son was granted parole but has to do a six month program in another facility which has not even started his program because he has not been transferred I am asking for prayer to speed things up in God's will and he can finally be home with his son and to help me I also ask for prayers for my grandsons mom whom hasn't been very active in his life and on drugs.
