By knowing you have sinned, it's already a good start. All of us have sinned, and lots of us did same sin over and over again. It is a lifetime battle. I only can say that may God and Holy Spirit guide you to Him personally and deep in your heart, you always had that guilty feeling in your heart when we're about go do sinful things so we able to rebuke that sinful doings.
