Having a lot of Health scares please let my EKG be normal . Sometimes my heart races because of anxiety now I'm worried about this please help me Amen

I have bad anxiety and it makes my heart race please help me get through this Lord. I get really bad when it comes to doctor appointments. My anxiety will climb please help me stay calm and relaxed you are all I have to help me though this on Thursday. Amen
