Dear Lord, thank you for this morning, another chance to experience life. Another day to spend with Farouk. Thank you for all your blessings and continued divine guidance. Please pray that my partner change his ways. Today he came home around 6AM very drunk. We have worked so hard to fix his drinking problem and now he is at it again and I don't know what else to do. He maxed out his credit card and used up all his savings in a span of a week and now we are in financial trouble which I am trying so hard to fix. But because I love him, I cannot bear to leave his sorry ass. I have to carry his cross with him, Please Lord, God give me the strength to be more patient and understanding. To not give up on him no matter what. But also touch his heart. Let his love for me show him that the way he is treating me is not fair and I don't deserve it. One minute he is very loving, caring and sweet the next he is so cold. He has been hanging out with people who are bad influences on him and heeding their wrong advice. I can only do so much to help him Lord, God. Let his love for me bring him back to the better man he was starting to become. I'm running out of ideas to bring him back to good ways. Its affecting his work and our lives together. Touch his heart that he will not resort to living separate lives and go live with those people who drink and smoke weed all the time and pay hookers for sex. Keep him away from them please. Because I can't do it, only you can. And it breaks my heart to see him falling apart. He is slowly pushing me away, and I can;t take it anymore. Help me save this relationship. So please help us find ways to sort our finances so we don;t have to be living separately. Enlighten his mind that living separately is not the best solution to our problem. That being together and facing our problems together is still the best for both of us.
