God knows and hears everyone but when you don't know Him, He can't help you. To know Him is to read and meditate on His word so that you can speak His word back to Him for healing, for protection, for all of your needs. We are a freewill people, He made us that way therefore He will not make us do anything or get involve unless we ask Him. He wants us to want Him! Try Him!
