The Lord has chosen me to share this method with you as it was just shared with me a few months ago:

Now you will need to close your eye's to begin this process as they can not truly see everything anyway...

Now start to breath in for 5 seconds, hold it in and breath out slowly for as long as you can...

While you are doing this breathing method begin to ask the Lord for guidance, Talk to the Lord, Bring up anything & everything, remember that "God Always Loves To Hear From Us!"...

After a couple minutes you will begin to feel calm and then a feeling of entrance, there you will begin to hear a feeling from deep within...

Yes, I did say "hear a feeling"🧐 don't know how to explain it any other way...

When it begins you may begin to experience / feel stronger emotions than you are use to from depression... but now "The Love Form God" bringing you back to the path the Lord has chosen for you in the beginning".
