Dear God, I'm grateful for having this current job. But with my employer cutting my pay and hours when I already gave him a discount had put me in a bad financial situation. I been looking for a new job for 2 months now and I get phone interviews and it stops there. I understand they are questioning the job history which each job have their explanations. Please let me land one of these last few remaining jobs, I'm trying not to be discouraged but its getting hard not to. Thank you.
