I need help with my food addiction. I pray for saving of this extra weight. Help me to be physically healthy and fit. I need strength, guidance and energy. Please God save and help me.

I’ve made a few mistakes at work I can’t undo. I’ve apologized but can’t seem to let it go. Hope others can let it go, hope I can ease up on myself hope I do t get in trouble. Hope I can be better with it all. God knows when I say “hope” I mean “pray”. I need peace, self esteem and better focus. I feel I’m failing in a lot of areas. Need strength and intelligence.
