please pray for God to give me the strength to let go of self harm i let go of someone that hurt me and i finally got over him but he wants to be friends again bu ti can't do that but i am over hurting because of him i am over wanting to self harm because of him. And finally when i am some what happy somewthing else comes back and all i want to be is happy. So please plray that i can be happy and that i can move on and beat self harm and let go of my friend and forget about him.
