God, I am on my knees before you, asking for your guidance and direction. Door after door is shutting on my employment situation, leaving me with nothing that I see right now and no source of income to keep a roof over my head. I am feeling scared, alone, and desperate. I know that when one door shuts another opens, but I am struggling to find a window let alone a door. Please help make the path you have chosen for me clear and help me find the right job at the right time. Please help me find loving and caring homes for the four legged members of my family who are all I have, so they don't have to suffer because of my failings. Please forgive me for those failings and walk beside me and guide me and please help with this burden. I know my troubles are minor when compared with those of my friends struggling for their lives in their battles against cancer and I ask that you be with them and their families as well.
