I found out Friday that I am not getting a very good review at work this year and may lose my job. I need it desperately and have really busted my rear this year trying to do the job of two people at once. It doesn't seem fair that they would double (literally) my work load, not raise my pay at all, give me new duties that I had never done before, and not understand if I make a couple of minor mistakes.
