I have been trying to get a refund due to me over a large purchase made and then decided it was not what we wanted. They told me the money would be put back on my account and as of today has not been refunded. I have tried several times to get in touch with the company and they will not answer the phone, their customer service phone just rings busy. This is money that is needed right now. Please pray that we will get it back soon.
