dear god thank you for helping me through so many ups and downs i have seen som many things that were horrible and so sad and i have seen things that have been wonderful as the birth of my daughters and grnad childfren i have done somethin that i am not proud of and have regretted forever and i know that you have forgiven me and i have forgiven myself but i still feel so horrible about myself will you please pray for me to get throught this and live the rest of my life in peace and in love and happpiness god bless you and i love you and know that you are here for me always inconditionally and forever in jesus name amen thank you
