Close to two weeks ago I found out that my 22 year old son's friend of 17 years had fallen into an addiction, and trying to escape that cycle, was drowning in a deep depression. Unable to see any way out of the cycle, he put a gun to his head. He was at home at the time, his father heard the gunshot and ran into the house to find his son dead. Please keep this family in your prayers, and ask that you keep a moment of silence for all those addicts out in the world that are still suffering. May they find peace. Amen.
