I try to do that but I have a problem with my bowels if something that I eat doesn't agree with me I will have a mess because my bowls aren't always the same . May be can do something for me till me what I can do my only thing when I get that way is when I think I have stay near the bathroom and of course Aruther gives me a lot of trouble keep praying that the shot the doctor is going to help with your help Jesus maybe at 82 I will be good again I pray that I do but there are a lot of my friends that have problems AMEN.
