I have something wrong with my abdomen and in a lot of pain and the hospital is unable to find why ? and it has caused a real financial struggle in our lives as having to take time off work all the time. My partner is not well either with back issues. Our house is a real mess including yards and both are not well enough to keep up with it. I want to quite smoking as well. I wish for a pump for my diabetes as i forget to take my insulin cos of my depression, but again can't financially.. Please pray God will help us. Thank you..
