I have a friend in Ireland who's worried about her brother in New York. She's been trying to call and talk to him since around Christmas, and he's not answering his phone. Her family hasn't heard from him, either. He's apparently taken up with a girl from Georgia, who's had a couple of ex-boyfriends die in suspicious circumstances and which have had FBI investigate. She will contact NYPD tomorrow to check into this. Please pray that he is ok and will get in contact with her and the family soon. His name is Declan Quinn.
