Forgiving can be difficult, but you might pray, "Heavenly Father, Now as an act of my will I forgive (list names of those who have inflicted these things upon you), I ask that you continue to help me in this process, my spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak, but you, Father, can help me make this happen. I release these afflictions to You and thank you for helping me. My note to you Sharon: Please do not let unforgiveness turn into bitterness. You can do it with His help. It is written, "I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me" a verse from the Bible. God loves you and so do I. You can do this!
