I know how you feel. I have had anxiety and depression since I was 18 and am now 44. I know that doesn't sound promising but the good news is some days it is better than others and praying helps and other's praying for you helps as I will do. I have the heart palpitations, the difficulty, breathing, dizziness, all the symptoms of anxiety, I do take medicine that helps also but I wish I didn't have to. I use to cut on myself back when I was a teenager, off and on into my 3o's . I learned that if I prayed God took it away but I had to be willing to do that, Pray! I thank God that I'm still here, alot of people have lost their lives to depression. Praise God you are here also and I pray that you feel better Soon! God Bless.
