My brother and sisters,

Just a small prayer rope and “lord have mercy on me a sinner “ as many times you can . You can feel immediately a protection .
The evil wants to divide and distort us , anxiety is from evil , any passion comes from him . Once we remember that we know that he is attacking us . Gods grace is inside us but evil want to distract us . Toxic relationships etc it comes from him . Stand on your fit , and keep faith strong . Evil doesn’t want you to succeed , he is happy when we fall again to our passions but once you discern he is walking away and once you confess it to your spiritual father ( small things I’ve done and wanted to share with you , possibly it can help someone )
