Dear Lord I am heartily sorry for all my sins, in my thoughts, in my words and in what I have done. Have mercy dear Lord and please always protect me from the people who wants to harm me and make me look bad to others. Please protect me from envious eyes and from all evil. May you always protect me from any disease this I ask through Christ our Lord and with the powerful intercession of Mama Mary. Amen.
