I also pray 🙏 that my anxiety and panic attacks will go away. I don’t think they ever will but at least teach me to breathe and know I am ok and grounding myself. Also I quit smoking cigarettes I am 43 years old with heart palpitations and I don’t want to die from it . I have smoked cigarettes 25 years and it’s effecting my health. I thank you Jesus for always being there and helping me I love ❤️ you with all my heart ♥️ and soul 🙏
