Dear Lord,

The whole of today I have been in bed depressed and and anxious. Please help me Lord to cope with my work and stress.

I can’t keep avoiding work due to depression. I beg of you lord please help me to get through it all and help me through this difficult time!

Please cure me of this depression and anxiety . I can’t lie in bed every day trying to avoid life.
I have shipment documents also to finish. Please send me help and prayers. I can’t tell anyone what I am going through right now. And I can’t cope on my own.
Please lord I beg of you please hold me hand through this difficult time and help me to get out of bed a work.
