Lord Jesus,
I come before You with a heavy heart, burdened by the uncertainty and confusion in my workplace. You know my efforts, my intentions, and the challenges I face. I pray that You bring light where there is darkness, and clarity where there is confusion.

Lord, touch the heart of our boss. Bestow upon him the wisdom and compassion of the Holy Spirit, so that he may understand our situation, acknowledge our efforts, and act justly. May he see the truth with open eyes and make decisions that are fair and respectful.

I feel lost, Lord, and I worry about what lies ahead. But I choose to place this situation in Your hands, trusting that You are in control. You are my refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble.

Grant me peace in the waiting, courage in the uncertainty, and hope that Your justice will prevail.
