Father, i come to you today asking in Jesus name that you help me. You know my trials, my sins,... better than I know myself. I ask that you take this crushing anxiety from me. It's affecting my ability to work, have a life of any meaning. I know you had big dreams for me and I'm asking your help to get back there. I wasn't meant to live like this. I ask for this in Jesus name, amen.
