Prayer Request
My husband and I are both having health problems. I pray for our healing and for the strength to help us overcome these problems and have the ability to help each other. This has been getting worse since February 28, 2026. I know that prayer will get us through and and requesting that you add us to your prayer list. My husband, Ed has Agent Orange from serving as a marine in Vietnam. He has a kit of problems since Vietnam. He also is suffering from Lyme Disease and the doctors just found spinal stenosis in both legs. I have been having trouble breathing and am currently recovering from a broken ankle, which happened while I was being treated for RSV. It has really been hard since February when I broke my ankle. I am my husband's caregiver and it has been a real struggle. Last week he fell down 4 steps at a restaurant he goes to in our town. He was going up the steps to get to the parking lot and fell at the top step. He slid down the steps. He has a bruised shoulder and back, but the worse part is that his legs hurt so bad he is now afraid to walk. I had a cane after knee surgery several years ago and he has started using it. Our oldest granddaughter just graduated college and he would not attend. She has a graduation party tomorrow and I do not want to attend alone, but will if I have to. I did not mention that since he is using my cane I am now using my walked. I had been using both at different time since I am not completely healed from my broken ankle. I was embarrassed to use the walker, but I realized if I need to use it to participate in my life and with my family I can do it. I pray that this rubs off on him too.
