Please help me pray to have a peaceful mind and heart because my work environment is so toxic. My workmates who are my staff and under my direct supervision are arrogant specially this one person who is hard headed, doesn't respect me, not courteous, cannot be corrected and so full of herself. The people also in this institution are so rude. I need this job because it will sustain me and I am really grateful for this but the people around me are just so toxic.
