Dear Lord, I pray that I could be a better guide to my colleagues. I pray that my subordinates learn to take more responsibilities so we can all work together in harmony. Guide me to be a better boss to them. I pray for more wisdom to impart to them, that they may accept them with open hearts and open minds.
