My family needs prayers. My mom is in the hospital for the 4th time since January 4th. She had COPD, but after a pacemaker was inserted, she needed physical rehab. She got bronchitis due to negligence on part of the staff not monitoring her health issues, then after another hospital stay, they sent her to a different rehab where she came down with pneumonia. She is now in for that PLUS congestive heart failure. She does not want to leave us yet. Her body is tired and her mind is depressed. Please pray for her to get past these setbacks and get back home where she is loved and missed. I am really afraid for her. I must work and cannot be with her at the hospital all day. MY dad has cancer and can only be there a few hours a day. This is my whole family, the 3 of us. I am at a loss. Please, please help with praying for us. Thank you.

My best friend, and mother, recently had a pacemaker put in. She just went for her 1 month check up. They told her she now has A-Fib. They gave her a new medication, a blood thinner, to prevent a stroke. She has been suffering with COPD for a few years. Her body is reacting to the A-Fib in ways that make her very anxious and afraid. I'm asking for prayer to help her find calm within herself so she can enjoy life and allow her anxiety to be gone! She is the kindest, most giving person I have ever known. Please help her, dear God.

My dad was diagnosed with kidney cancer in July, and my mom just got out of the hospital after a week. She had a pacemaker put in. She's limited due to her COPD, but now more so. Dad is doing the best he can, as he also has CHF and A-fib, along with diabetes.
I'm asking for prayers that some of these health burdens be lifted from their bodies. They are good people and have so many things going on all at once. I know they love their independence and are both very stable, mentally. But they grow tired of all these things and I fear they will give up hope for the rest of their life being worth living.
Please, may their health issues lessen and may the hope of a better tomorrow gladden their hearts. I am an only child and am not ready to lose either of them. For this, I ask for help in prayer. Thank you and God bless.

My dad recently found out he has a cancerous tumor in one of his kidneys. He is 80 and his health is only fair, at best. I know to some, 80 seems old. But he's my dad and I would like to ask for
prayers that this cancer may be removed and that it has not spread, and that he may have some good years left for our family. Please Jesus, my father is in your hands. I need your help to see that
he can beat this cancer and have the ability to enjoy some more good years. I want to be positive, but I am so afraid. I am an only child and I have no children of my own. My mom is not in the best of
health either, so I would appreciate prayers for her as well. Thanks to all.

Heavenly Father, please help me in my despair. I find my family is falling apart emotionally, and I feel helpless. I pray for them to find it in their hearts to find love and not hate and peace within themselves. My heart breaks, as my whole life feels as if it's crashing in. I need your help. Please help me in prayer. I have concern for my folks, who are both struggling with their health. It is very difficult for them to accept what has been handed to them, and they struggle, emotionally. They now have a sick kitty, who needs constant medical monitoring. I do what I can, but I work full time and can only help out during my off time. They do not want me to interfere and I understand that. But I am sick over not being able to help them more. Please pray for serenity for my family. Neither have had an easy go at this life, and it really hurts to see them still struggling as they approach their 80's. Thank you lord. I know you never give us more than we can handle.

My 11 year old kitty, Peanut, just had major surgery yesterday. She has been my best friend and companion for her entire life, and she had a really rough time yesterday. She is still at the hospital, and is not eating. This is not like her, as she likes her food. I am asking for prayers that she is able to return to normal kitty habits and that she can come home soon, recovering 100%. I do not have much in this world, and unlike others, I do believe animals have souls. This is the reason I ask for help in prayer. Thank you.

I am asking for prayer for my folks. They are struggling with their health, and it is killing me to see them hurting. I pray daily, for their health to improve so that they can enjoy their twilight years with less stress and more comfort. They both deserve so much more than they have. I truly believe in the power of prayer and know that with faith, all things are possible.
