I can relate to what your going through. I've struggled with weight most of my life. and how I see myself. YOU are worth the effort. The way you think about food and yourself won't change over night. When you give into snacking try to give yourself some grace and focus on the things you are doing well. I suggest making a grateful list. Can start off with one or two things that you are grateful for. Pray for me as well! I continue to eat when I'm full. It's much easier for me to continue to eat while full when I have been doing it that way for a good portion of my life. I commend you on your progress. A net loss of 3 pounds is nothing to frown about.
