I'm in a kind of situation that
- I don't have control over myself...nothing is going like a want
- lost a number of things the recent period
- it doesn't go well at work...I'm doing my best, but still there are a lot of complaints about my attitude and plan of action although I am working according the standard operating procedures
-get very quickly angry 😡 about small things

such as i have informed you on the comment of my last prayer request that i feel better now at my workplace.
not really confortable, but it's still better than before.

Now I get more responsibilities, because they have believe in me at the workplace that I can do it, but I still feel weak to face those challenges although I know I can.
This feeling is not normal for me, because you can become stronger through challenges at the work floor and you can also acquire more experiences......

The last few days, I am very discouraged at the workplace. after a decision is made that the department must save 40% of the budget, it is not going good anymore. the mangement team takes a few decisions before they negotiated with the rest of the group .

I'm a acting supervisor when my supervisor is absent. In recent years he found that i was doing my job well, but when I've made a decision now it disapproved equal. though he gave me the assignment is still rejected, he would never listen so that I can talk. I have a feeling like he wants to fire me and that's why he does this.

With this, I ask you to pray for me so i can feel me home (at work) as earlier, so that everything may end as God wants. because the Bible teaches us that God is the one who opened doors and what He has opened nobody is able close

I'm entered a new challenge at work as an assistant of my supervisor, but every day seems harder for me. I feel that I do not get support from my colleagues, so I feel like I am not doing my job properly.
