please pray 4 me. after 12 years of being clean and sober, i found leftover pain pills after being hit by a drunk driver (hows that 4 irony) who broke my leg in 2 places. now i'm addicted to morphine. please pray that i can tolerate the physical pain which is immense, as well as the emotional pain. its the emotional pain, the mood swings and lack of sleep that are the hardest to deal with. i ask u, Father God to prepare my body and mind to endure the pain of withdrawl. i got here from my own foolishness, no one made me take the drugs, i chose to do. please help me surrender each and every day to do your will and give me the willingness endure the pain of addiction, to fight it each and every day for the rest of my life. grant me strength as i go to do your bidding today.
