Lost my mother in August, and my older brother in November, today is my birthday and I’m having a hard time dealing with the “1st” of them not being around. It hurts my soul😢💔

Lost my mother last month and I’m struggling to keep my anxiety and panic disorder in check. She was my “safe zone” could call her anytime I struggled and now that’s gone. I haven’t prayed since her passing but I’m struggling to do my normal everyday task💔
