Lord, I have been having a problem with this pain in my tummy and I dont know whats causing this but last night was just terrible, please take this away and heal my body. Today is my birthday God, I thank you for another day and my life. Thank you for my kids and family. Please forgive me of all my sins, knowingly and unknowingly. I love you Lord! Amen
