I agree with Coleman…. Start small, but start. A walk down the street, or around the block. As you walk, listen to music, or just listen to the wind, the birds… look for beauty in the sky, or in people you pass. Look for good, and you’ll find good.. but start. Keep praying , but remember, you can’t pray for a hole while leaning on a shovel. Good luck, and God bless
