Oh Flossy, I've been in your shoes. I've tried in multiple ways because the shame felt too overwhelming. What happened that led me to a place where I no longer feel suicidal is that I became psychotic, believing I was working with government agencies. I was put on Zyprexa and the suicidal thoughts vanished along with the delusions.

Reach out again. Go to the hospital and tell them what you told us. They may not do it exactly the way you need or want, but the help makes it so much better.
