I have a job offer that is contingent on graduation this May. I am applying to graduate early, but it is very difficult at my school because of some asinine restrictions and requirements specific to early grad., even though I will have all of my degree requirements. I just contacted the recruiter and am waiting to hear back on whether any sort of exception could be made if I am not approved for early graduation. This is a great job offer––I loved the company during my internship last summer, and I am so terrified about losing it. I kind of feel like everything has just been crumbling down this past week, when the future looked so secure before. I am so thankful for the opportunities God has blessed me with in these past few years, and I know I just need to continue trusting him. I'm going to keep fighting for this and doing everything I can possibly think of like I always do, but at some point, it has to be passed into and left at the mercy of another's hands. Please pray for a miracle––for this big corporation to make an exception that will allow me not to have my job offer rescinded, or for my university to be willing to work with me around some of these requirements specific to early graduation.
