Me and my partner were assaulted by an acquaintance a month ago in our own place where we currently living at. It was traumatizing because we have a 9 monthd old son who were there during the incident. We pressed charge but the District Attorney dismissed our case. About last week, the guy who attacked us started to bother us again threatening my partner and trying to provoke him. My partner ignored and didn’t respond to the text. From then, I have no peace of mind thinking that this guy will might just show near us or worst come to our place to hurt us. I couldn’t even sleep at night and stop worrying for my baby and family safety. I don’t want to feel this way being scared and anxious forever. Yesterday, I decided to file a restraining order against this guy which is the least I can do. Hoping that the Judge will grant today. Please pray for our family safety and this person away from our life. I lift these all up to our God as our Saviour.
