I have suffered from anxiety disorder, panic disorder, PTSD for sometime. I was in the military (not combat) but jumping from planes ignited an anxiety disorder, and them I was in a fuel tuck rollover in the army, too.

I'm depressed a lot, and even though I take medication, I feel I need to be better for my teen daughter.
