Dear God, if you hear me, please help me. It has been my lifelong dream to go to college. Now, I have a full scholarship to a good college, and my Visa has been approved, but not yet issued, which is bothering me since my country is on the partial ban. I promise you, God, that if I get to go to college, I'll study hard and harder, pray hard and harder, and be a living testimony of your miracles. With all that, I surely will keep my promise of coming back home to give back to my community, not because my Visa will have terminated, but because I believe in giving back to my community, and I hope I do it well. Please, heavenly father, if you hear me, help me, and if not, the path I was destined to grant me the serenity to accept things that I cannot change and still keep my closure with you.
I am sorry to inform y'all that my dreams were shattered this Wednesday, and I must give up on my full scholarship. I strongly believe that God has something big in store for me, even if, in this moment of pain, it's really hard to narrow it down and narrate it to people. I have faith that I will look back at this moment and see God's hands on my case.
