I'm very sad I weigh 210 lbs I'm 5'0. I have OSTEOARTHRITIS in my knees & can hardly walk I KNOW THERE ARE MANY WOTH WORSE PROBLEMS I just need to lose WEIGHT but when I'm STRESSED I EAT & IM ALWAYS STRESSED PLEASE I need help to get on a DIET & LOSE 50lbs PLEASE PRAY & give me the strength to lose this HORRIBLE WEIGHT....thank you JESUS AMEN
