Everyone, I will be going to my Doctor 👩‍⚕️ appointment October 7th for my Physical, could you all say a prayer 🙏🏻 for Me? I pray 🙏🏻 and hope I am healthy. I went from 200 something pounds down to 189 and eating healthier then ever, I don’t touch no fast food places or drink Pepsi Products or nothing of the sort.
