I’m reaching out for a prayer request for my daughter. I ask that God intervenes with my daughter’s plans of moving to Canada to be with a man that is not emotionally stable. I fear for her.

Perhaps you can tell her to go to Canada on a vacation for a month first, to see how much she likes it. Usually things start off good in relationships, but after several weeks we begin to show our "real" selves. That's when she will see the "real" him. That's also when she will need your support. I will be praying.
