Heavenly Father,

You see my heart, my efforts, and the responsibilities I carry at work.
You know the confusion, delays, and the uncertainty I am facing.
Lord, I ask You to bring clarity where there is confusion,
truth where there is silence,
and fairness where there is injustice.

Give wisdom to those making decisions,
that they may act with integrity and courage.
Open the right doors for me, Lord, and close the wrong ones.
Let favor rest upon me, that my work may be recognized and valued as it should.

Grant me peace in this waiting,
strength to stand with dignity,
and faith to trust that You are working behind the scenes for my good.
