Lord,
You know the road I have walked, the work I have given,
and the uncertainty that now weighs on me.
I ask for Your peace in this waiting time.

Calm my spirit when I feel anxious,
give me wisdom when I need to speak,
and strength to stand firm in what is fair.

Guide the hearts of those deciding my future —
let them act with honesty and justice.
May the role I hold be secured with dignity,
and may the flexibility I have today remain,
so that I can continue to balance my work and my life with peace.

If this place is meant for me, let it be confirmed in the right way.
If not, open another door that carries me to where I should be.

Above all, I trust that my future rests safely in Your hands.
