Lord I praise and adore You. Please forgive me with all of our sins. Lord tomorrow we will be serving the show cause memo to one of our managers who we found with existing business which is conflict of interest to the nature of our business. This manager has a tendency to resist and be aggressive and might harm me . I am scared but I need to do this to stop this long irregularities he has being doing since I have not joined the company. Keep his mind open and understand that I’m just doing my job and please touch his heart to just admit and take it professionally I know this will be a legal battle but we are on the right side and please guide our company and me regarding this case. This stresses me a lot but I know you will guide me please guide very words that I will utter to him tomorrow so that I will not make him awkward and the respect is still there and hope he respects me as well. I also pray that You touch his heart not to be violent . Lord please calm and help me. I asked all of these in Your Most Holy Name. Amen. Thank you for praying for me and I am praying for you as well.
