Please pray for my husband. He is struggling in his job search and doesn’t fully see how some of his actions may be holding him back in life. This situation is weighing heavily on him and on our family. I know he has faced difficult and unfair circumstances, and losing his job was not his fault. Still, I pray that he finds the strength and clarity to fight for himself, for our family, and for our future. Please pray that his eyes and heart are opened, that he gains insight into what he needs to change, and that he feels encouraged rather than defeated. I ask for healing, wisdom, and renewed determination—for him, for us, and for our marriage. Please pray that my knee, pelvic floor and my stomach gets better. I appreciate everyone’s prayers. Have a blessed day!!

I'm sorry for your husband and your family that he has been without a job for so long. You have been praying faithfully every day, and I know the Lord hears. Is there a reason your husband may be sabotaging himself? I guess what I'm asking is if he's perhaps afraid of starting over at a new job? It really is scary, especially if he's older. I believe that's why my late husband went without a job for quite a while several years back after the company where he worked closed up shop. He wasn't sabotaging himself--he just wasn't pursuing a job as he should have and allowed himself to get in a rut. But he eventually got hired at a better place and worked there until he was put on disability after suffering three heart attacks. I will also pray for your healing. Stress can cause inflammation, which can be adding to your pain. Please take care of yourself. Continue to trust in God. He knows what you're going through, and He IS with you, although sometimes when we're going through hardships we wonder if He is still beside us. Things will change. Hang in a bit longer. You have many people praying for you.
