Please know, Louis, that you are not alone in feeling this way. I am feeling the exact same way right now. I have no one. I never imagined my life being like this at age 71. But we need to remind ourselves that we are NOT alone. The Lord has us where we are for some reason. We have to put ourselves in His hands and pray that He will show us why and what He wants us to do. I am disabled and can't get out to meet people; otherwise, I would volunteer somewhere so I could get out and meet people. I know that it is an important first step. I need to find another way, but hopefully you can get out and do this. Either way, it looks like we have to take that first step and put ourselves out there. I will be praying for you, Louis.
